Approved on November 26, 2016, in a CMAC retreat convened on Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe traditional territory in Kingston, Ontario, within the state of Canada. Amended on April 28, 2018, during a CMAC retreat convened on the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people in Ottawa.
